Olive oils Vanja by famous oil-maker Vanja Dujc are distinguished by their harmonious fruity aroma and taste, combined with a pleasant bitterness and moderate spiciness.

Extra virgin olive oil Vanja Couvee is a superior blend of 16 varieties of olives (dominated by Istrian Belica, Maurino, Leccino and Piran Buga), in which the flavors specific to each olive variety are intertwined and complemented.

The olive oil has a flavor of fresh-cut grass and crushed olive leaves with the consistent, rich taste of green tomatoes, artichokes and herbs. It's a real natural farm olive oil cold extracted without filtration with its wild, deep and tough taste. We recommend you to try this olive oil with pasta, risotto, red meat or poultry, vegetable soups and salads.

Extra virgin olive oil Vanja has received many awards at competitions in New York, Shanghai, Milano, Split, Zurich, Trieste and in other fairs and exhibitions.
Olive oils by Vanja Dujc have been listed for the third time in Feinschmecker's catalog (German gourmet magazine), which includes the best cold-pressed olive oils from Europe, Australia and California.
For this catalog, Vanja Dujc introduced two of his best olive oils: a single-grade Maurino and a classic blend of about ten varieties of olives.

February 25, 2021 in Paris olive oil Vanja won the prestigious Olio Nuovo award for The Best Olive Oil In The Northern Hemisphere.
The jury recognized olive oil Vanja as a “wonderful, balanced and complex olive oil with a fiery kick at the end”.
