Apple cider vinegar is a vinegar made from fermented apple juice. After squeezing the apples for juice, part of the cider is stored in tanks and the souring process begins.
Because vinegar is 100% natural, without acid accelerators, without sugar and other additives, it takes a minimum of 12 months to obtain the desired acidity.
Apple vinegar is used in salad dressings, marinades, vinaigrettes and food preservatives. It also helps lower blood pressure and blood sugar levels and balances body’s acidity.
