Grape variety: 100% Merlot.
Harvest: Hand picking, full matured.
Vinification: Maceration takes place for 3 weeks in contact with the skins in a stainless steel container. Gentle compression with a pneumatic press. Maturation 15 - 24 months in oak barrels. The wine is unfiltered and contains a minimum amount of sulfites. Ageing potential: 2024 - 2029.
Characteristics: Deep ruby-red colour with beautiful reflections. The wine has soft berry notes, plum and blueberry taste at the beginning. Well-balanced and complex wine with pleasant tannins and fresh acidity.
Food pairing: The wine goes well with red meat (lamb, venison) or with matured mountain cheeses. Also good by itself. To serve at 16-18° C.
