Answer: In your case, this is not too long, but it is still advisable to pour the olive oil into several hermetically sealed glass bottles at once. It is also very important to put your olive oil in a dark place if you are storing it in glass bottles instead of a metal can.

Question: Is olive oil suitable for my vegan diet?
Answer: Yes, olive oil is suitable for a vegan diet. Olive oil is made from the fruit of the olive tree, which is a plant-based source, and it does not contain any animal products. Answer: The best type of olive oil for salads depends on personal taste preferences and the type of salad being prepared. Question: What Is the difference between extra virgin olive oil and virgin olive oil? Why don’t you have virgin olive oil?
Answer: According to the International Olive Oil Council standards, both virgin and extra virgin olive oils are extracted by using only mechanical methods. That means no heat or solvents are allowed during olive oil producing process. The only difference between extra virgin olive oil and virgin olive oil is the acidity level. If the olive oil has acidity that is less than or equal to 0,8% then it is extra virgin olive oil. Virgin olive oil has acidy between 0,8% and 2,0%. The lower the acidity, the better the taste of olive oil. This is the answer to the second question. That is why we only offer you extra virgin olive oil.

Answer: Because “the best is the enemy of the good”. We are lucky with our olive oil producers. Every year they delight us with the same bottles with excellent olive oil. And every time it’s better and better. Of course we assume that somewhere somebody has made something brilliant. And next year there will be someone else. So what?
