DEORTEGAS FRANTOIO
Tasting this olive oil we find intense fruity and floral aroma with shades of cut grass and olive leaf. This combination is very characteristic of Frantoio.
We can also smell some banana and apple aromas. A mild velvety taste comes in the beginning, then the palate fills with a light bitterness.
Frantoio sees us off with a distinctive spicy and peppery finish and a long, fruity aftertaste with hints of tropical citrus.
TRALDI ATHOS
A superior blend of Frantoio and Moraiolo olives, which are native to the Umbria and Tuscany regions of Italy. The oil has a slightly bitter taste and a pungent aroma that can be quite fragrant.
ATHOS offers you an extremely high concentration of polyphenols. It is strong and fruity, with a medium-intense aftertaste, subtle spicy notes, and a pleasant fresh almond, with hints of rocket, chicory, and tomato.
ATHOS is great as a finishing oil, drizzling over dishes just before serving. The strong flavor profile makes this olive oil an excellent choice for pairing with strong-flavored foods.

Its name means "emerging from the Aegean" and this a tribute to the origins of the producer, the Protoulis family.
AEGAEA is an early harvest olive oil. Olives are harvested and selected by hand in October when they just start to ripen.
A golden-green color, strong and versatile fruity taste, grassy aroma, rich texture, full body, and slightly peppery finish...
Meet your personal olive oil experts!
We'll help you to tell real extra virgin olive oil from... a similar substance available in the supermarket. We have driven thousands of kilometers and explored dozens of farms to find the best olive oil for you.
Who made the olive oil you just bought?
We personally know and fully trust these people. Our producers are farmers who grow olives and make real extra virgin olive oil. Real olive oil means this oil contains nothing but fresh juice of olives cold pressed within a few hours after harvesting.
